Our Policies

EDUCO adheres to a minimum commitment policy. To maintain active enrolment in our program, students must commit to their requested number of tutoring hours each week. Lack of commitment to the requested number of tutoring hours per week may result in forfeiture of your spot in our program, due to our service's high demand.

We are flexible in rescheduling sessions due to extenuating circumstances, holidays, etc, provided notice of four or more hours is given in advance to the tutor. However, all sessions falling into this category must be rescheduled within 14 days of the original date of the session, or the session will be forfeited.

Failure to provide notice to the tutor of cancelled session or providing less than 4 hours notice will result in the loss of that session.
